Wednesday, September 7 • 7 p.m.

The Saint Rest Baptist Church has been a recognized champion for faith and justice in the Fresno community for 67 years. Celebrate the 5th Pastoral Anniversary of Reverend Shane B. Scott, senior pastor, with Reverend Dr. Jeremiah Wright, pastor emeritus of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago as the guest preacher. The evening will be filled with good singing and great preaching.

Sunday, September 11 • 10:45 a.m. (worship service)

Celebrate the 5th Pastoral Anniversary of Reverend Shane B. Scott, senior pastor, with Reverend Dr. Joe Samuel Ratliff, senior pastor of the Brentwood Baptist Church of Houston.

Sunday, September 18 • 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Women’s Health Day: Temple Beth Israel Sisterhood and Hadassah present a women’s health program. Important up-to-date information will be included on topics such as heart health, blood pressure and strokes, sleeping disorders, diet and exercise, memory loss, vision problems, healthy skin and hair, mental health, incontinence, the new healthcare laws and more. Coffee and snacks will be served at 9:30 a.m. and lunch at 11:30 a.m. All for $18. Save the date for a memorable day. Temple Beth Israel, 6622 N. Maroa Ave.
