This is regard to a issue that was brought up in Fresno a few years back regarding a program called “Beware” that was just a cover up to what they can actually do they did it it’s still being done and I am a victim of it there are other victims like me but do not know they are victims I can explain more but I need help
My calls get redirected my emails get blocked or redid and sent out I need help this is something that I was trying to get a hold of ACLU again I get blocked it’s this group of people that pick up the phone the same two men two women 2016 have been picking up all my phone calls so someone please reach out to me and I can explain but I need some civil rights help.
