Fresno Unified School District (FUSD) and Fresno Teachers Association (FTA) have been bargaining their contract for over a year now. FTA is bargaining to bring about needed changes in Fresno Unified schools. FTA is also asking for small raises and improved health benefits to recruit and retain teachers.
