The Funeral Consumers Alliance of Central California (FCA-CC) will feature keynote speaker Ed Howard of San Diego University’s Center for Public Interest Law at the Annual Meeting of the California chapters of the FCA on Oct. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the College Community Congregational Church (5550 N. Fresno St.). Howard will speak on SB 658, the legislation to require all funeral home businesses to post their prices on the Internet,
